1. General Terms

Conrads Crates are sized to allow you to subscribe for more or fewer items.  Crates with clothing items are sent with items based on the gender preference and size preference you select when you order or subscribe.

For customers placing an order for a single Conrads Crate, the Crate will be shipped when the order is received.  Customers ordering a single Crate late enough after the previous Crate shipment was scheduled may need to wait until the next shipment.

For subscribers, Conrads Crates are sent by the fifth (5th) of each month in which their account specifies that a Crate should be sent.  Three-month (3) subscribers should expect a Conrads Crate shipment to happen four (4) times a year.  One-month (1) subscribers should expect a Conrads Crate shipment every month.

Items are curated and selected by the Conrads team, who have years of experience with sports fans all over the world. Unfortunately, Crates cannot be customized with specific items. 


2. Payment

For customers placing an order for a single Conrads Crate, payment will be processed when the items in the Crate are ready to be shipped.  For subscribers, payments will recur.  See #3 Recurring Payments for details.


3. Recurring Payments

Only subscribed customers will be billed on a recurring basis.  Customers ordering a single Conrads Crate will not be billed again unless they order again, or subscribe to receive more.

Recurring payments will be processed prior to shipment of the next Conrads Crate.  3-month subscribers should expect to be billed four (4) times a year.  1-month subscribers should expect to be billed every month.

You are responsible as a customer for maintaining updated recurring payment information in your account.  If payment does not clear for any reason, Conrads will attempt to communicate with you.  If payment is not received or Conrads cannot reach you within a sufficient time period, then Conrads reserves the right to hold or cancel shipment, or to cancel your subscription.

If your card is declined, Conrads will try again in six (6) days. If it is declined again Conrads will attempt to charge your card an additional five (5) times. After five (5) times, if no successes your Conrads Crate subscription will be automatically cancelled and all future shipments will be cancelled. 


4. 20% Discount

Only subscribed customers will receive a 20% OFF discount on the items shipping in each Conrads Crate.  The discount will apply to every item in the Crate, and the packing slip or invoice will reflect your savings. Conrads College Gifts reserves the right to modify this discount at any time without notice. 


5. Lead Times

Conrads Crates will arrive at different times depending on distance, local events, and weather conditions.  Conrads will notify subscribers of any significant delay affecting the packing of Crates in its facilities prior to shipment.

Once your Crate is in transit, shipping services will permit you to track your Crate as it heads to its destination, and may be affected by conditions such as weather, local events, and traffic.


6. Lead Time Adjustments

Conrads Crates ship in the size you specify, on or before the 5th of the month based on your subscription plan.  If you go up or down a size, or want to change your address or other preferences, you should do so as soon as possible. 


7. Lead Time to Cancel

Subscriptions must be cancelled by the 25th of the previous month (usually 10 days) in order to take effect before the next shipment on the 5th of the month.

Please allow 2-3 business days for the subscription cancellation to be processed. 


8. Shipping

The cost of standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included in the cost of each Crate. If you need your crate shipped using an express shipping method, or anywhere outside of the contiguous United States please contact us to set this option up at an additional cost. 


9. Returns and Exchanges

Conrads cannot accept the return of an entire Conrads Crate, unless it is clear that the entire content of the crate is incorrect, or it was shipped to the wrong address.

If an individual item is incorrect, or if the wrong size clothing item was included based on your preferences, we will exchange it for you if it is still in stock. Individual items cannot be returned in the Conrads Crate. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us or click “Cancel” in your account. 


10. Items in Each Conrads Crate

The number of items in each Conrads Crate is based on the Crate size preference you selected when you ordered or subscribed.  The quantity should reflect that size.

Conrads will not ship you extra items of any type unless they are in stock, and available to order individually from the web site.

You will need to order the item or items on your own, and that order will not be covered by any terms in this policy. 


11. No Substitutions

No substitutions can be made for the items inside a Conrads Crate at the time it is ordered, except where clothing gender and size preferences apply, or where Crate size preferences are made.

Other than the Crate size and clothing size for applicable Crates, no other substitutions may be made when ordering.


12. Other

By subscribing or ordering a single Conrads Crate, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions expressed in this policy and all other applicable Conrads policies.

Conrads College Gifts reserves the right to alter any of the terms in the Conrads Crate policy at any time.
