We are located inside of the Easton Gateway shopping plaza off Morse Road and I-270. There is plenty of free parking.
You can also reach us by bus on COTA routes 7 or 32.
We are open from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. We are open on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

Can I use my gift card from the campus store?
No, the campus store shut down on December 31, 2019. Customers were notified of the expirations of the gift cards at that time. We apologize for this inconvenience. All gift cards must be purchased on this website or at our Easton store to use. All campus store gift cards are no longer valid.
What is the Conrads Club? How do I join?

How do I use a gift card online?
To use a gift card online, simply input a gift card code that is located on the back of your gift card, or in the email you received into the “Gift Card and Promotional Code” box in the checkout section (not in your cart.) Click enter, and the gift card will be applied to your total.
How do I use a promo code?
To use a promo code online, simply input the promo code “Gift Card and Promotional Code” box. Click enter, and the promo will be applied to your total. Please note that some promotions are not valid with others, or valid only are certain items or between certain dates. If you have trouble, contact us. We can only accept current and valid promotional codes.
How can I get free shipping?

What shipping options are available?
We offer both UPS and United States Postal Service for most orders. We ship to almost anywhere in the world including US military bases.For express services, we offer USPS Priority Express, and UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. If you are ordering a manufacture direct item, those shipping options and times will vary depending on the manufacture.
