Holiday Shipping Times
The COVID-19 pandemic has strained virtually every industry and, in particular, has hit the shipping and logistics industry hard.
All shipping carriers (including UPS and USPS) are experiencing delays with their standard shipping services.

12/14/20 Update: We strongly advise to use UPS when possible as USPS is reporting delays in shipments.
To help our customers make the best decisions possible when purchasing for this important holiday season, we’ve put together a guide to give with some in-depth information that will help our customers prepare accordingly.
USPS:
All orders containing in-stock items needed by December 25th must be placed no later than December 17th at 2:00pm EST. This does not include Manufacturer Direct, or out of stock items.
UPS and Free Shipping Orders:
All orders containing in-stock items needed by December 25th must be placed no later than December 15th at 2:00pm EST. This does not include Manufacturer Direct, or out of stock items.
Express Shipping (UPS and USPS)
All orders containing in-stock items needed by December 25th must be placed no later than December 20th at 2:00pm EST. This does not include Manufacturer Direct, or out of stock items. Some addresses or items may not qualify for express shipping. This is determined at checkout by the carrier and not Conrads.
