1. Conrads Guarantee

Conrads College Gifts gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, odorless, and undamaged regular-priced merchandise for refund. (Conrads Club members have 60 days) If you'd prefer, we can refund your purchase price to your original payment method, or as a digital Conrads gift card for store credit 10% more than the original purchase price before tax. (i.e if a shirt was returned at $28.95, you would have $31.84 in store credit) All merchandise must be in its original condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, laundered, or altered.

All items marked "Sale" or with a yellow tag are eligible to be exchanged for another product, or refunded to a Conrads gift card, but are unable to be refunded to the original payment method. All items marked “Final Sale” or have a green tag are not eligible for a return, or exchange. All items with dates, game-related messages, or holiday-themed are eligible for exchange only with 7 days of purchase or before the date/game (whichever is first).

 

2. Easy Online Returns and Free Exchanges

For online returns (of in-store purchases or online purchases) We are unable to refund the original shipping charges for any order. Please return your purchase prepaid and insured for your protection to:

You may use any shipping carrier of your choice, just be sure to include the packing slip or receipt. Conrads is not responsible for items lost in transit to us. 

Conrads does however, offers free exchanges. To start an exchange click on the "Chat" icon below with the three dots. Once we approve your exchange we will email you a prepaid shipping label. We will also ship your replace item(s) at no charge. Charges may apply if the replaced item quantity is much larger or heavier than what was originally ordered.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will send you an email when your return has been received and completed. Refunds take approximately 2-7 days to become available to the original payment method. For Conrads Store Credit, allow 1-3 days. Conrads Store Credit will be added to your Conrads Club account, or if you do not have an account it will be sent as a gift card.

 

3. In-store Returns and Exchanges

For in-store returns (of in-store purchases or online purchases) please bring your receipt or invoice. Items without a receipt or invoice will require a valid photo ID and your Conrads Club email address associated with your account. 

Purchases without a receipt or packing slip by non-Conrads Club members are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are unable to offer any exceptions.

 

4. Handling Mistakes

While we try to make sure you will get exactly what you order, sometimes mistakes do happen. If you get an item you didn't order, or if we ship a color or size that's different from what's written on your order, you do not have to pay to have it returned or exchanged. Please contact us and we'll offer to fix the mistake, free of any shipping charges:

  • To exchange an item for the correct color or size on your order, we can include a prepaid return mailing-label with the correct item. Please contact us, or start a return from your online account. 
  • To return an item that was sent by mistake, we can send you a prepaid return mailing label.

5. Special Item Restrictions 

  • CDs and DVDs may only be exchanged or returned if unopened.
  • “Dated” items (items that have a date on them, such as bowl game items or championship items) have a 7-day return date for all customers. Items shipped back must be postmarked no more than 7 days after the item was delivered. This also includes holiday items. 
  • "Dated" items that have been reduced in price are final sale only and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless defective. 
  • Game-used, vintage, customized, or specially personalized (“One of a kind”) items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Any food or beverage items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

6.  Gift Returns

If you received a gift and would like to exchange it for another item, or a Conrads gift card please contact us. Please have the order number ready found on the receipt or packing slip.

Please note that Conrads College Gifts does not cover the cost of the item being sent back or the new item(s) being sent to you. Conrads College Gifts gift cards do not cost anything to send.


7. Returning an Item with a Free Gift

If you order any item that includes a free gift, then the free gift will be shipped when the item is shipped. If you decide that you do not want the item, you may return it for refund, but you have two options: If you want to keep the free gift, but you return the original item you ordered, then we will refund you the item's price minus the cost of the gift item. If you decide to return both items, then we will refund the entire cost of the original item.

8. Gift Bundles

Gift Bundles are subject to all the other terms of this policy, except where indicated below:

  • Gifts from the Buckeye Gift Bundle Builder may be returned, exchanged for other items, or exchanged for gift credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Gift Bundles have a 10% discount.  Returned items from a Gift Bundle will be credited for the discounted price, not full price.
  • Items that are not included in the Buckeye Gift Bundle Builder cannot be substituted for items that are included in the Buckeye Gift Bundle Builder.
  • No refunds will be given for cards and gift packaging included in any Gift Bundle.  These items sales are final.

9. Conrads Crate Subscription Box

Sorry, all crates are final! In the event of a wrong size/item, we will gladly exchange the item. If you went up or down a size, and you want to change your clothing subscription, please contact us.

 

10. Manufacturer Direct Items

Manufacturer Direct items are those that ship directly from our suppliers warehouse right to your door. These items are not shipped to or from Conrads directly.

  • All manufacturer direct items can be exchanged within 30 days* of receipt for a Conrads gift card or another item of the same or lesser value. For items of a lesser value, the remaining balance will be sent as a store credit in the form of a digital gift card. 
  • Dated or holiday-themed manufacturer direct items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If any item is defective we will replace it free.

11. Print On Demand Items

Some of our items are made right when you order them - these products are marked in their description as “Print On Demand” and these items ship from our partner facility in North Carolina. These items are not shipped to or from Conrads directly.

  • All print on demand products are final sale. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges. 
  • If any item is defective we will replace it free.

 

12. Additional Terms 

In the rare event that an item is out of stock, Conrads will make a reasonable effort to contact you so you can decide if you want a refund, store credit or another item. If there is no response after 7 business days, we will issue a refund back onto the original payment method. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the whole order is being cancelled.

CONRADS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING, AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR OR WITHOUT APPROVAL (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN").  If we nevertheless receive and accept an erroneous return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the erroneous return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment the return fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the erroneous return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
