1.) Shipping Methods
We primarily ship UPS® Ground, USPS Priority Mail and . UPS cannot ship to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box). Please give a street address if you would like to ship UPS. We also ask for phone numbers so we can contact you if we have a question about your order.
For faster service, you can select the "Pickup" button on the checkout, and get your order the same day, subject to store availability. When you select an item available for in-store Pickup, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Orders are generally processed within 3 hours during business hours, provided that all the items ordered are available in our store. Please note that orders with multiple items may not have all items available in the same day pick up. Orders with items not available in the chosen pick-up location will be ready for pick up typically within 3-5 business days or can be shipped. This is free.
Please note: Manufacturer Direct items cannot be expedited. Special Event Items can be expedited, however, your order will be held until these items become available. Selecting an expedited shipping method will only expedite your package's transit time once your order ships from our facility, not the time it takes for the items to become available.
2.) Free Shipping
At times, we offer free standard shipping is available for orders over $100.00. If your subtotal comes to more than $100.00 in regular-priced items (not including manufacturer direct items), then your order is eligible for free shipping. This is automatic based on your cart’s total.
When free shipping is offered, it is subject to the following policies: Orders with free shipping will be sent via standard shipping unless we deem it necessary to switch the carrier. Free shipping is NOT available with any other discount, coupon, or offer. Free shipping may be restricted on large or heavy orders and is not available for manufacturer direct items. It is also not available for the following address types:
- Alaska and Hawaii Addresses
- Military Addresses
- U.S. Territory Addresses
- Outside of the US (International)
3.) International Shipping
For orders outside of the United States please note the additional information:
An additional 26.5% duties and taxes will be collected at checkout. There will be no additional fees upon delivery. The order is fully trackable to the destination address.

4.) Processing Times
Same day shipping on all in stock items if ordered before 1:00 PM EST. Please Note: package pickup from our store is scheduled for regular business days only, and. Items are usually picked up by USPS Priority Mail at 4:00 PM (EST/EDT), and by UPS Ground at 5:00 P.M. (EST/EDT) on weekdays. You may place orders after this time, but we will have to wait until the next business day to ship your order.
Holidays may affect processing and delivery times on all orders.
When you order items from the Buckeye Gift Bundle Builder, please allow up to five business days for Conrads to process, build, and ship your gift bundle during the holiday season.
5.) Manufacturer Direct Items
Some items come directly from the manufacturer to you. These items require a longer delivery time, sometimes up to 4 to 6 weeks. These items are in the "Manufacturer Direct" category, and their descriptions give you an estimated delivery time. Please Note: Conrads cannot give you tracking numbers for items that ship direct. Manufacturers often use their own shipping methods, and these do not always use tracking numbers.

- These items always ship free with the promo code on the product page.
- Manufacturer direct items do not count for the total for free shipping for in-store items.
6.) Mistakes & Errors
Conrads is not responsible for typographical errors, including prices. The website can't correct mistyped information in your address or incorrect products if you accidentally click the wrong link. All errors are subject to correction. If you think you made a mistake online, please call Conrads as soon as possible, so we can fix your order before it ships.If Conrads makes a mistake and ships items that are the wrong size or ships you items you did not order, you are covered by our Return Policy. You do not have to pay shipping fees to return something that was shipped to you by mistake. If this happens, please call us as soon as possible.
